We collect only what we need to answer you and quote your job, and we never sell it.

• What we collect: your name, email, phone if you give it, project details, and any files or photos you upload.
• Why: to reply to you and prepare a quote. Nothing else.
• Where it's kept: Netlify, which runs this website and its quote form, and our business email.
• How long: 12 months after we last hear from you. If you become a customer, we keep invoices as long as tax rules require.
• Who sees it: our team, plus the services that run our website and email. We share it with others only when the law requires.
• Analytics: none. This site uses no analytics and no tracking cookies.
• Your choices: email hello@callicraftco.com to see, fix or delete your information.
